The Sheriff's Office Administration is comprised of the Sheriff, Chief Deputy, Captain and office administrators. The Administration is in charge of the paperwork side of law enforcement including record keeping, sex offender registration, budget allocation, employee records, citizen complaints, and other operating tasks.
Chief Pullin has been employed with the Sheriff's Office since 2009 and has been in law enforcement since 1992. Chief Pullin began his law enforcement career working at the Bosque County Jail in 1992 as a Jailer. He then went to Hood County Sheriff's Office in 1993 as a Jailer. In 1994, he started working as a Patrol Deputy until becoming a Shift Supervisor in 1998. In 1999, he became an Investigator specializing in Juvenile Crimes and Crimes Against Persons. In 2005, Chief Pullin became a Patrol Lieutenant until being promoted to Patrol Captain in 2007. He then came to the Bosque County Sheriff's Office in 2009 as an Investigator. In 2013, Chief Pullin was promoted to Chief Deputy. He has a Master Peace Officer certificate, Master Jailers license, Basic Intructor license, Mental Health Peace Officer license, and a Special Investigators license. In 2015, Chief Pullin obtained the Trilogy Award from the FBI. Chief Pullin is married with three children and was born in Clifton and raised in Walnut Springs.
