Hiring Process

 

     Applicants are required to complete a personal history statement, extensive background investigation, interview process, and other employment requirements applicable to the position.

     ​If you are applying for a Peace Officer position, you MUST provide proof of State of Texas Peace Officer License. All applicants being considered for employment MUST meet licensing requirements set forth by the Texas Commission On Law Enforcement (TCOLE).  You cannot have any Misdemeanor B or higher convictions.
