Sex Offender Registry​

     The Bosque County Sheriff’s Office is responsible for maintaining registration information for certain registered sex offenders residing within its jurisdiction in accordance with Chapter 62 of the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure.

 

     The Sheriff’s Office works to ensure applicable registration requirements are followed and information is properly reported to the Texas Department of Public Safety.

 

     Citizens seeking information about registered sex offenders are encouraged to utilize the Texas Department of Public Safety Sex Offender Registry.
